Great individual coworkers, bad management

Pros

Some great coworkers. Free food. The office is in a great, central location in SF. Fun/social atmosphere. The product is amazing.

Cons

Cut throat atmosphere. Drink the koolaid and get your cheerleader outfit on, or you lose your job. The problem was, it was exhausting trying to stay excited about this company when so many people were clearly unhappy. Talking to the boss and asking to expand the scope of your job doesn't result in any change. Pay and benefits lower than average. Management was not looking out for employee's best interest.

Pros

-The employees are amazing; driven, friendly, active and intelligent. -Great work life balance! -I enjoy coming into work -Many people hangout outside of work, but those who do not are never isolated. -People just get along here. -We get to work with many fun and interesting events/people -It doesn't feel like work at all!

Cons

-Compensation could go up (but who wouldn't like more $$$?)
