      Incredibly understaffed in Nursing Department

      Great pay, and there's always shifts to pick up

      Cons

      This place is terrible for any CNAs and for most nurses. Expect to do the work of 2 or 3 CNA's (or Nurses) for any shift you pick up.

      Pros

      The pay is ok and you can pick up as many hours as you want.

      Cons

      Very disorganized work environment. Also head honchos refuses to give us more staff when we have asked numerous times. It is impossible to give good care to the residents and it is also impossible to get out of work on time. A typical day for a CNA is terrible and I'm guessing the residents don't have the best days either. If you are looking for a CNA job look elsewhere in town. Plenty of nursing homes to choose from.
