First and foremost, the people really making Evercommerce a great company to work for. Everybody I have interacted with is very dedicated to what they're doing and are generally great people to be around. Second, the day to day is never really the same which has been great to minimize any mundane routines or areas of focus. Ultimately, this has helped me get exposure to a lot of new strategies and ideas that I haven't previoiusly had exposure to.

Cons

Nothing I can really think of. We do have a fairly lean team which creates a ton of work but I would rather have that than the opposite.
