No formal process for anything, many business unit leaders with different expectations for work and preference on how things are to be done.

Should never have gone public

Pros

Wonderful people and lots of smart, talented individuals in middle/exec level management - great perks like unlimited PTO

Cons

When this company went public they lost all flexibility and the red tape became insane to deal with. Decisions / POs took forever and made making changes impossible to execute on.

Pros

Work a lot of hours, remote, and you're able to use your medical assisting and nursing knowledge.

Cons

1. We cold-called elderly people. 2. The patients had no idea who we were, nor did the doctor offices. 3. Fraudulent, somehow HealthWatch by EverHealth was able to obtain Medicare and PHI for patients and create false monthly summaries for specialists. 4. The patient information was outdated, up to 10 years old. 5. Management lied about EVERYTHING, job description and schedule. 6. Many times we did not know when was the end of our shift. We were only allowed to go-home if the collective Chronic Care Coordinators hit their quota in completing assessments.
