Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. I've not been to Lake Merritt, but it sounds lovely and a great escape when living our "Flexibility with Accountability"value. It's unfortunate that you feel your experience felt like a scene from "Office Space". We understand that weak training and ever-changing management can make work feel like a never-ending loop of TPS reports. Jokes aside, our wonderful Talent Development team are in the process of designing a Leadership capability program that will give our managers the tools and knowledge to support their teams effectively in this area. We wish you all the best for your next move. Hopefully you can continue to enjoy your walks around Lake Merritt. P.S. We promise no-one will be moving anyone's desk to the basement anytime soon!
