Pros

- They care about their Employees with amazing benefits and "Flexibility with accountability" core value. - They value diversity and Inclusion. They built out a DEIB department, created groups for support, and post regularly on internal chat boards about their efforts/video interviews, etc; - Lots of growth opportunities! You can move internally anywhere in the portfolio. - Competitive pay - Most of their jobs are 100% remote - Casual environment

Cons

They are still going through growing pains, so being adaptable in this environment is key.

Pros

Work life balance is great. HR benefits are really good - FTO, student loan repayment, full coverage health care with decent copays. I enjoy working with the people in my company, good culture for the individual solution groups.

Cons

They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. The C levels are highly out of touch with their employees. They’re concerned about profit but give small percentage raises to low earning employees and hiring is almost impossible. I do the job of three people and we’ve been screaming for help but are repeatedly told it’s not in the budget.
