      Pros

      The company allows and fully supports remote workers at all levels. This is especially important to me because as a mother of two high-schoolers re-location is not an option. I work from home in Austin, Texas and have not found that a barrier at all. EverCommerce is in a super exciting space - SaaS for service-based SMBs. It's inspiring to have the opportunity to help simplify and empower the lives of these business owners. There is so much growth opportunity for the business which also means growth opportunity for employees. Great culture - supportive, focused on all the right things to make employees and the company successful.

      Opportunity to work with multiple brands and teams.

      Cons

      As of 2023, management seems to want to push people out to get new hires for less money. Salaries have dropped. The merit increases this year was at an all-time low. The culture here isn't great after the recent turnover. Tenured employees are defensive and not open to trying new things. And new hires are more sensitive and can't handle challenges. People are scared to admit they don't know something, but it turns into negativity and finger-pointing as an act of defense. Combined, it's just not a great working environment anymore. People have compared it to working at a start-up, where nothing sticks and there is constant change with turnover. Too many meetings while having to answer to deadlines for rushed campaigns.
