      - WFH - Great health/dental benefits - Decent salary when I joined

      Cons

      - Work goes way beyond scope of what I was hired to do (many hats) - Promotions are non existent, if you take on more responsibility / bigger role, you are not rewarded with higher compensation - Management had no trust in engineers and started creating their own decisions not based in logic or advice
