Pros
My company was recently acquired by EverCommerce, and it has overall been a really good change.
The transition of course has had its own challenges, but it was great to suddenly have access to a legal team and other resources.
The company got its start in helping small businesses get their work done, and now that its job is acquiring small businesses, it is apparent that that is still their focus. But now the small businesses they service include the ones that are part of the EverCommerce family.
Cons
Becoming part of a bigger company means letting go of some of your identity as small startup. That's definitely a challenge.
