Fast paced organization with opportunities to grow personally and professionally! Lutheran Senior Services Mission is to help "Older Adults Live Life to the Fullest" and this mission can be seen in all of the programs and initiatives that the organization is undertaking in order to touch the lives of those we serve.

Cons

No paid maternity leave; but other programs exist to help offset the lack of this benefit. Could be improved.

Living the mission of "Older adults living life to the fullest," is a great reason to love your job!! I love the culture change in this company.

Cons

PRN work is not consistent. Supervisors didn't always follow through on evaluations. Not enough praise to staff for going above and beyond.
