Pros

It is well managed and customer service oriented. The residents were offered so many amenities and activities. Generally speaking, working with happy residents made the position fun.

Cons

They offered semi-competitive pay. Training was mandated and maintained and they encouraged upgraded volunteer paid classes to improve job opportunities upon manager approval which could be tentative.

I enjoyed caring for the sick and elderly. The hours were in my favor I worked night shift The staff were nice.

Cons

Some shifts were double and triple and I didn't like that.
