Lack of top level leadership and a bullying envoronment

The staff are hard working and the company has growth potential unrecognized

Cons

The company lacks top level executive leadership. Bullying and back biting are rampid. This problem is rooted in management and goes unpoliced do to ownership lack involvement, vision and ability to comit to long term goals.

Everbrite is a pretty stable company, you will have job security if you work hard. Most of the employees are great. Yes, there is free popcorn.

Cons

Micro-managing (company-wide), extremely high workloads in most departments, low moral, disappearing benefits, lack of advancement opportunites

Coworkers in office are good people and most are very good at their jobs. Learned a lot from them.

Cons

Management is a joke. South Milwaukee leadership is non-existent. They couldn't lead a pack of wild dogs to raw meat.
