Kelly Labus, District Manager in Northern VA, works tirelessly to go above and beyond supporting her staff, ensuring that they have the tools, guidance and encouragement needed to succeed. Kelly truly cares about both individual growth and team success. She listens, helps when needed and advocates for her team. Her leadership makes a difference and it shows in both staff morale and overall performance.

Cons

At times there can be a disconnect between school-level operations and corporate expectations. What appears effective on paper is not always the most practical or successful approach when implemented across a diverse network of schools. Navigating these differences can be challenging for management, requiring flexibility, clear communication, and thoughtful decision-making to ensure policies truly support staff, students and families.
