Pros

Great earning potential. Best tools in the industry. A handful of quality managers that genuinely care about your success. Fun parties. Youthful vide is a major key.

Cons

Company was great until it was bought out by On-Assignment. One day the founder was gone and in came the suits from OA. From that day, the focus changed dramatically. It became a pure numbers game with a huge emphasis on pumping more recruiters into the system. The tools (Cyrus) broke. Management culture changed. Company reputation was damaged by inexperienced recruiters. Quality employees left and continue to leave in droves.

Pros

I really can't think of any at this point, as it has gone so far downhill.

Cons

Reading through these reviews, I keep seeing a bunch of recruiters gushing about how great the commission is. Word to the wise--it may be great in comparison to Stride (or other similar recruiting sweatshops) standards. But it is not great with respect to what other firms offer--firms that also don't overhire to the point where everyone is bumping into each other trying to pick up a client or place a candidate. Don't get sucked into that lie.

Pros

You can make great money if you get lucky and find an account with needs... Otherwise you're going to be scraping the bottle of the barrel tech companies and Accounting firms who have 30%+ turn over... The recruiting software is actually great - but most, if not all good honey pot companies are "owned" by senior recruiters, even if they haven't been worked in 6-12 months

Cons

• Too much hiring growth to support the needs of the market • Recruiting Managers are not really managers - just people who have stuck it out long enough to have seniority • You basically have 3 months to get your "desk" to full capacity or your draw runs out. No room for error • Lots of turnover; they will basically hire anyone with any sort of customer facing experience.
