Business Outlook
Pros
The resources that are available to the recruiting team are outstanding. Also the opportunity to manage your own desk while still being an active member of a team is very rewarding.
Cons
We were flown out to the Irvine office for a week of training that was a wonderful opportunity to meet some of the leadership and develop an understanding of the work flow. I would have really enjoyed more hands on training with software platform as ours was VERY limited. Also would like to see more continued training modules (like a quarterly basis) for Cyrus as well.
