Cons
This is a winning culture (Which is a good thing!) but it does suck when you aren't doing well. Be patient with yourself as you will be held accountable to high standards so be prepared to have moments of intense pressure – you need to be a mentally tough person as this is a sales job so just know if you fall behind on your metrics which will likely happen at times it will be stressful. Stay focused believe in yourself, follow the training and performance measures and know you’ll be fine. You will experience growing pains both on your desk and as the company grows – you need to be adaptable.
