Pros

Great people, technology and opportunities to build real long term wealth and customers. After the initial startup period of 6 months to year of working very hard, you have set a great foundation for yourself. The people are fun and culture is laid back and collaborative.

Cons

If you dont want to work hard, this isn't for you. It's not easy, and the turnover that happens usually occurs in the first 3 months. Mostly it's people I think are lazy and expect things should happen for them without working for it.

The Good with the Bad

Pros

Relaxed start up environment. Good software. Casual dress code. Company events are fun. Flexible hours. Possibility to make lots of money.

Cons

To be successful here you have to land a good account who will work with you on multiple positions. You have to work more than regular hours to be successful. It's basically all on you ( your desk is your own business) Lots of turnover. Draw commission structure.

Pros

You can make great money if you get lucky and find an account with needs... Otherwise you're going to be scraping the bottle of the barrel tech companies and Accounting firms who have 30%+ turn over... The recruiting software is actually great - but most, if not all good honey pot companies are "owned" by senior recruiters, even if they haven't been worked in 6-12 months

Cons

• Too much hiring growth to support the needs of the market • Recruiting Managers are not really managers - just people who have stuck it out long enough to have seniority • You basically have 3 months to get your "desk" to full capacity or your draw runs out. No room for error • Lots of turnover; they will basically hire anyone with any sort of customer facing experience.
