None really, only advice: This is a full desk recruiting firm. Meaning, you are prospecting new client and recruiting to fill openings. Sure, management and training is there to help you, but ultimately your success is really dependent on you and your ambition/dedication. Once you have built up your client base though, this job is nothing short of amazing. The company really does everything they can to try and support you and they are very rewarding.
