A team of 20+ engineers, data scientists, and product managers are constantly improving proprietary search technology which allows for us to recruit across different geographies and different skills verticals with ease. Having been at several agencies and talked to people at plenty more, there is no way our unique, vertical integration of software company and recruitment firm is delivering for our clients more efficiently.

Pros

Each team has it's own manager, so you can always get help. Great support system! The office is filled with a fun young crowd that makes going to work more than just a job, but more of a environment to build close friendships. Run your desk how you want! No micromanagement.

Cons

Set numbers you must hit every week don't always correlate with what you need to take care of on your desk. High turnover rate to those for don't have the sales capacity.

Pros

You can work hard, and get rewarded handsomely for it. The commission is great! Company culture is second to none! I love my manager!! The president is super approachable! Company events are so much fun! Beach parties, banquet halls, and rooftop bars!

Cons

If you're not doing well, it's hard to watch your peers making a ton of me for doing the same job, so make sure you're working hard and doing well!!
