Everyone is given an opportunity to succeed and make life changing money
Pros
- $50k base salary - uncapped commissions (if you are a good recruiter your earnings potential is unlimited…if you’re not a good recruiter, you won’t make very much) - good benefits - invested in their own ATS, Lead Gen, and other tools to help you succeed - top billers are eager to share their knowledge - the company embraces split deals or solo deals - they deliver on most their promises and those they don’t, they tried in earnest to deliver
Cons
The only con is if you need coaching but are placed under a Manager who can’t teach. Some Managers there are top notch, best I’ve worked with. But if you are a low experience recruiter and are assigned a low experience manager, you aren’t set up to succeed. When interviewing ask to see Team Billing by Managers and refuse to take an assignment under a low performing manager unless you are an experienced recruiter.
