Pros

They have great technology that was developed in house with the input of actual recruiters. The environment is very social with an emphasis on fun. Great corporate events such as quarterly awards banquets, a summer beach party and holiday parties.

Cons

Recently went through a growth spurt that drastically changed some aspects of the work. Almost a shark tank with people stealing each other's clients. Lots of young new hires that wash out quickly.

Maybe the only pro of working here is it's a fully remote role

Cons

Terrible management and leadership. Extremely low commission rates. You'll start at 10% commission (which is incredibly low compared to the market) - Base salary is bad - Internal software is outdated and spams clients/candidates - Be prepared to shift markets every quarter - High turnover, half of my team has left the company in the last few months - The company actually will take your accounts at their own discretion and give them to managers - STAY AWAY

entry level environment that is good for training

Cons

shady upper management. they know their entire team is crooked and will fire one of them from time to time and then hold an all company meeting to try to sound virtuous. senior leaders have been fired for some obscene things and everyone knows they don't take it serious since there is never a real civil suit over their crimes.
