      Great People, Amazing Atmosphere, Fun Place to Work...with drawbacks

      Pros

      Cybercoders has been hiring like crazy for a few years now. I worked there for over a year as a Technical Recruiter. The people are super friendly, the perks are great, the company parties are super fun, the resources at your disposal are second to none in the recruiting agency.

      Cons

      There is a ton of turnover and new faces constantly. The fight to get accounts gets rough because so many people are going after the same companies.

      Good technology, not a lot of valid training.

      Cons

      Just another recruiting company. They use a chunk of your commission to advertise. I would avoid this company and look for one that has an excellent reputation. Ask for references before taking the job. If you don't get enough "actions" in a month or so your first month they will let you go. Caution!!! the grass is not always greener...

      Extremely Difficult Job with Poor Management Support/Training

      "potential" to make good money. emphasis on the "potential" not the actuality.

      Cons

      training tech and learning their system fully remote is nearly impossible. management is very hands off approach, figure it out yourself. success comes to only one type of learner, a visual one. training is "hey watch this video now go do it on your own". Depends on your manager also, some are better than others.
