CyberCoders provides all of the tools you need to succeed. If you think you could be doing better your manager, training managers and even managers from other offices are always there to help you.

Cons

This is not the kind of place you come to work at if you think technology does all the work for you. Hard work is the key!

Nice people. Nice work environment. Good technology and resources to make recruiting somewhat easier.

Cons

Like any other recruiting firm, business development is key. At the end of the day it's a sales organization. For best results, you should have 25 open reqs at any given time. If you're an in-house recruiter thinking of making a change..........stay put.

If you are willing to work for it, the sky is the limit as to how much you can earn.

Cons

This is the motherload of all bullpens/call centers. Here, you are a number. You must be very self directed to do even ok here. Really strange culture, atmosphere.
