Free snacks, expensive luncheons and holiday parties, rainy day pizza, a lot of really great people

Cons

Culture going down the tube as hires over the last year plus have been about quantity over quality. People who exhibit questionable morals are promoted, encouraging their behavior and allowing them to breed a whole new generation of people like them.

Not At All What They Claim - No Place For Experienced Recruiters!

Clean, bright office in a nice location, very advanced technology, decent database of candidates, free food, game room

Cons

Terrible management, loads of micromanagement (there is a timer on ATS that clocks phone and ATS time by the second), wearing out welcome in tech industry due to loads of unsolicited emails and too much marketing, parties and contests are just a way to lure in young recruiters in lieu of commissions
