Pros

A path for growth and success was clearly laid out from the beginning, and I've been able to achieve more than I set out to. I accepted this job out of desperation but have stayed because of the strong culture, financial freedom and unlimited PTO/flexible work from home policy.

Cons

Sales environments tend to be fast-pace and high-stress. This has proven true for CyberCoders, but I've learned time management, discipline and how to balance work and life in my own way.

Pros

Free snacks/coke/coffee and breakfast (on Monday's) Excellent company culture with a great atmosphere. The people are great Casual attire. I can feel comfortable wearing jeans :-) Flexible work schedule where I can take care of outside appointments or responsibilities without being hassled Healthcare is affordable and decent Company wide parties (when I am allowed to go) My black ops role is straightforward and there is never a questions on what I should be doing or what I can do to improve

Cons

Black ops are completely overlooked and know they are all replaceable. Feel like just a number Black ops roles deal with keeping the company running and aren't fully appreciated. They work really hard and are in these positions because they have a genuine love for the company but the company doesn't treat them too well. Any and all prizes or incentives only go to sales contributors Any financial bonus starts at the the upper levels and never get down to the admins. The rich get richer here. Decisions are made about departments before the individual actually doing the job is ever asked No growth. You're in the role you accept for life unless you leave.
