Pros
Free food, sodas, pizza on raining days. CEO likes to give lots of prizes away, including cash, iPads, Mac books. Lots of young people, the feel of a start-up. Work hard, play hard.
Cons
There are not a lot of cons, but the job is 100% commission, sales cycle can be long, company will give a draw based on your experience. Company culture has changed from inception, more focused on growth.
