Pros

Great culture and parties- commission and bonus tier were also great. The best Benefits you will ever receive

Cons

Too much turn over, and the incubator program did not train as well as they believe. They need to focus more on one on one fundamentals and step up their game, or bring on an additional trainer. 2 people and a manager is not enough to train 20-30 people plus on board senior recruiters. The draw salary. Either pay a small salary, hourly rate plus commission, or no draw and higher commission. Boolean searched would turn up more wrong fit resumes than what you are looking for.

Pros

CyberCoders provides the tools and resources to run your own recruiting desk. I enjoy the flexibility of setting my own hours, discerning my own vacation days, being my own boss, and directly reaping the rewards of my hard work. The Los Angeles office managers are very positive and insightful. Also, we have TONS of healthy and delicious snacks, a Foosball table, food trucks, hammocks, bikes, happy hours, and dinners. Plus, AWESOME benefits and great recruiting technology! I'm very happy here and can see myself here for a long time.

Cons

Being your own boss is tough and can be overwhelming! It requires a lot of time management skills, personal boundaries, and perseverance. It seems like the people who succeed here work 60+ hours per week their first 3-6 months. After that, most people with established desks seem to work 40-hours per week with ample vacation.

Pros

This is exactly what I've been looking for. I've been in a sales capacity my entire career and have been looking for an opportunity like this. When I first interviewed here everyone was honest with me and said that the opportunity was great BUT it would be hard work. I really appreciated the honesty. Hard work is never something that I was afraid of but often times you get in situations that you have no control over and can feel like smoke & mirrors. At CyberCoders you really do have control over your business. The work you put in and the willingness to learn will yield results. - Database is awesome - Awesome support from senior recruiters and team leads/managers - No ceiling - $

Cons

- if you are new to recruiting like I am then the job is not easy. Nothing to do with CyberCoders specifically but something to consider. Full desk recruiting requires a lot of work especially in the beginning while you are ramping up and building your business - work/life balance is tricky in the beginning. no one is going to ask you to work less or work more. It's up to you figure out why you are here and what you need to do to make it work. If you are looking for a place to clock in and clock out then this is not for you.
