Pros

Remote and I guess unlimited pto

Cons

Since the leadership change, the company has gone downhill fast. With Aaron stepping into the President role, the culture has become noticeably worse. Top billers leaving in large numbers should tell you everything you need to know. High performers do not leave like that unless something is seriously wrong. Turnover is constant, and the people who remain are mostly those who are loyal to leadership or comfortable staying put, even though they could be making significantly more elsewhere. For a sales organization, that speaks volumes. The compensation structure is extremely underwhelming. A low base combined with a weak commission plan makes it hard to justify the workload and expectations. There are far better firms out there that actually reward performance. Leadership feels disconnected and overly focused on numbers at the expense of people. The environment can come across as impersonal, where employees are treated more like production metrics than individuals. Morale reflects that. Day to day is heavily micromanaged. Expect constant check ins, unnecessary meetings about your desk, and repetitive company wide calls that add little value. Oh and there is also consistent pressure placed on candidates during the offer stage, which often feels forced and transactional. Growth is talked about often but rarely aligns with reality. Promotion expectations are extremely unrealistic, and many of the experienced recruiters who would normally help develop others are leaving. There is talk of rebranding, but it is hard to take that seriously when the core issues remain the same. A new image does not fix poor leadership, high turnover, or weak compensation. If you are looking to maximize your earning potential and work in a healthier environment, there are much better options available.

Pros

- Work From Home - Some nice people - Week off between Christmas and New Year

Cons

- Investors came in during the tech boom in 2020, and now that it's over, the company has to keep making cuts to get close to its new goals, but it is no longer worth your time or frustration to work here. - Awful person as the VP of recruiting for the West Coast - $25 an hour with no option to get a raise - No overtime is accepted - No PTO in any way - Large cuts out of your commission - Poor leadership - Unrealistic goals set by investors - High turnover - High market saturation

Pros

I'll be honest, my time with CyberCoders was great but I didn't do very well. I was drunk like most of the time battling inner demons brought on by self-pity & unhealthy coping skills. Admittedly, I was completely codependent yet had managed to isolate myself through destructive behavior. Overall, I wasted an awesome opportunity by being wasted during my time with the company but for normal ambitious people, this company is fantastic.

Cons

Recruiting is a tough life. High highs, low lows & droughts that dry out productivity worse than the Dust Bowl of the 1930's. In recruiting as in many experiences of life, one's hard work doesn't always pay off. It takes grit not to quit.
