      Cons

      There's a lot of newcomers making statements upon arrival. Is that really a con or more incentive to be your best self?? Be ready to compete!

      - Amazing training program!!! The trainers do a great job of making sure you have what you need in order to be successful right off the bat - Unlimited PTO (as long as your billing aka doing your job) - Fun work environment. This is definitely a place I enjoy walking into every day. - Great opportunity to make more money than you thought possible - New training sessions are provided daily - You have the freedom to manage your accounts/clients however you see fit. You are almost running your own business in a sense. You are completely responsible for your success or failure within this company. - Over-the-top Holiday parties

      Cons

      - Sink or swim - If you're not hungry to make money, don't even consider this - Super sales driven environment, so you need to get creative with your business development strategies (keeps things exciting though)

      Pros

      I worked for a couple agencies prior to CyberCoders and I have been here for a few years and I can say it is still the best agency I have worked for. Uncapped Commissions on top of that we get Bonuses as well! You have the possibility to make more than you've ever made. Great co-workers! Awesome parties! Nice Office!

      Cons

      Like any other agency recruiting firms, there will be a lot of stress.
