Pros

CyberCoders provides all of the tools you need to succeed. If you think you could be doing better your manager, training managers and even managers from other offices are always there to help you.

Cons

This is not the kind of place you come to work at if you think technology does all the work for you. Hard work is the key!

Pros

Great Technology. Casual Work Environment. Potential to Make a Lot of Money. For the most part management is willing to help you be successful. Great perks/bonuses for the top billers. Some people make a fortune at CC.

Cons

100% commission. If you don't hit the ground running (billing quickly) chances are you won't be here long. A lot of newbies crash and burn. The system can work, but no guarantee it will work for you even if you follow all of the training.

Pros

Huge earning potential and all the tools you need to make it happen. The office environment is very open and you never feel you're restricted to "your area" or "your desk". The fully stocked kitchen with unlimited Starbucks is pretty nice too.

Cons

Other managers holding meetings talking about things they "think" you need to hear or improve on. The only people that know the activity on my desk is myself and my manager.
