Pros
The environment first and foremost has to be the best part of working here. It is indoors yes, but it's laid back, relaxed, and they take care of you. The president of the company frequently interacts with the staff and so do all the management. There are areas to de-stress and fully stocked kitchens to make sure that you have everything you need to make a solid impact in the work you do. Second is the matter of accountability. This place makes you stay accountable for yourself. If you want it, you can do it. Work hard play hard mentality keeps you in the game as long as you want to play the game. There may be those people out there that say things like "they let me go for no reason," or "that place is so scammy" when in all actuality you reap what you sow.
