I have been here for about 4 years with opportunities to go into management after my first full year, so there is a clear and proven way to advance your career if that is what you are looking for. I was pretty young making really good money and I wanted to travel a lot so I didn't take it the first time around. Now I am older and settled so it made sense for me to start building a team, so here I am.
