      Pros

      cool company parties every now and then. Toxic employees.

      Cons

      Company sucks - do not join. If you immediately dont get it they will fire you in a month. Draw system paycheck, you have to pay it back with commission.

      Pros

      The reason I love being here is because of the resources and support I have behind me. I have been here for several years and am very happy with the life I have built around me. If you are new with zero recruiting experience expect there to be a learning curve and a lot of training. This is a sales position. In any sales org, you can expect you need to put in a ton of effort to see results. If you like emailing and not picking up the phone staffing may not be a fit for you. Building relationships and being yourself are key.

      Cons

      There aren't cons that I can think of. I put in what I get out. I don't whine or complain if my bank account isn't seeing what I want. It is on me to do it.

      Pros

      Amazing team, helpful management, opportunity to grow into your best and highest potential. You get out what you put in.

      Cons

      Not being in an office to hear others on the phone with their own clients/candidates to sponge the knowledge but the meetings my team runs are quite thorough to combat this.
