Pros
Amazing technology
Strong partnerships with major job boards and companies that increase your access to candidates
Rewarded each quarter for your work when you succeed. They have quarterly luncheons, prizes, bonuses, nights at the best hotels in the area, etc
Fun environment- it's nice to have amazing friends at work and people who I truly connect with
Lots of competitions if you are the competitive type
Ability to work your own desk, meaning you have full control of the process, who you work with, your territory and your outcomes
Cons
You're pretty much on your own once you get started- no team work (although there are teams, but you work your desk alone)
Inconsistent training- goes through spurts of new training meetings and then they die off after a few weeks
High expectations up front- starting your own successful desk with quality clients can take time. There is a lot of pressure to do this immediately and be a star performer.
A lot of focus on short term goals versus long term success at the company
