      The industry is tough but they provide a ton of great tools to make the industry easier to succeed in.

      Best mix of base pay (not draw) + commission of all agencies that I've seen.

      Cons

      They emphasize quantity over quality so their brand doesn't have the best reputation. There are also over 300 recruiters, so a ton of clients are taken, meaning you can't pull candidates from those clients.
