      Pros

      Agency Recruiting is tough, probably one of the hardest jobs on the face of the earth. Very few are cut out for this type of role. That being said. Best recruiting agency to work for hands down. Best technology, best culture, best parties. You can make a ton of money and the rewards/ perks are top notch.

      Cons

      Growing too fast, which (in my opinion) is hurting company culture. They are hiring people that should not be hired.

      Pros

      Great company perks (Including the amazing stocked kitchen, game room and of course the elegant quarterly and holiday company parties). Company culture is fun and fast paced. All of the tools provided to you in order to create your own success. Personal and professional growth opportunity. The leadership team really listens to ideas for improvements that the staff may have. It is a good feeling knowing that you have a voice in such a large organization! They do a great job of giving credit where credit is due. your hard-work does not go unnoticed and typically pays off. If you are someone who is able to manage yourself and establish your own business relationships, this is the place to be!

      Cons

      The personnel growth of the company seems to bring somewhat of a negative aspect and can hinder our already established business relations. rare cases of favoritism are noticed in various ways. This is not a huge issue but can definitely affect ones road-map and length of time for promotional considerations.

      They pay was good, a lots of free cash up for grabs, but you gotta put in work!

      Cons

      No work life balance here, you need to really buckle down, however the buckle down never stops.
