      company culture is unbeatable. great parties and perks, relaxed environment. best benefits package. aggressive commission structure, lots of room for growth (based on performance).

      Cons

      I think the company is investing in new hires but the business is a tough one. If you are not disciplined, hungry and forever persistent...the fit might not be right for you. It can be tricky to transition into role without a "true base" salary but if you are performer..it works out.

      Coming from the staffing industry, Cybercoders ranks amongst the best that I have worked for thus far. The internal database and technology is out of this world. Cybercoders has a culture that is second to none. Great vibe, corporate culture and as a recruiter you are able to balance your everyday lifestyle. Superb events that bring everyone together under one roof. Love the every day free treats, and when you need to take a break you can simply go into our game room to release your thoughts.

      Cons

      Wish there was an hourly plus commission structure. Other than that, love everything about this place.
