      Great benefits and culture. Fantastic fellow recruiters to learn from and grow with.

      Cons

      High turn over. Certain managers are better than others, but the majority invest only 3+ months in you and if you fail to perform, they usually release you from their team.

      Pros

      Awesome company to work for! Great perks that include awesome company luncheons and parties. Kitchen is always stocked with tons of great snacks, starbuck's coffee and tea, soda machine, etc! The company is all about company culture and you can tell the employees enjoy being here

      Pros

      I was a part of the 8-week training program - it was a total blessing. The trainers have diverse backgrounds and are amazing people, it's obvious they take pride in what they do and really care about you. It's an incredible amount of work but it prepares you for what the job is actually like. The overall company culture is unbeatable and the employee recognition is off the charts.

      Cons

      The social aspect can get a bit distracting..
