      2 Month Training Program

      Pros

      If you go into to CyberCoders go into the two month training program. Not going through it would definitely make your life difficult. It gives you all the proper building blocks to run a full desk. The best part is that it gives you get an in depth look at the internal system. Really listen to Dani about the systems. Her knowledge will be your salvation when you hit the floor. The company as a whole takes care of the employees thoroughly. I respect that this company understands how difficult the job is and does everything to keep stress levels down.

      A lot of Stress. Super long hours. (If you want to bill)

      You will not do well here if you aren't a go getter, negative or overly concerned with other people's opinions.

      - Work your butt off and actually have it rewarded in your commissions - Follow the processes they teach you and it'll work; promise - Great environment; young team of 300+ friendly folks spread across both coasts in 4 offices - Straddle the competitive-collaborative border - 2 month training program was an enormous help - Run your desk the way you want to; after the class is over you'll be pretty free to run things the way you'd like.

      Cons

      - Not an easy job. You'll work harder than you think, especially in the beginning - Not a place for people with weak constitutions. This is a sales job and you need to be able to bounce back
