Pros

A lot of training available.

Cons

No candidate ownership, micromanagement, and you have to pitch fake candidates in order to get business. A lot of companies wouldn't work with me because they knew the name and hate the company because its scammy. Would not recommend coming here if you are a seasoned recruiter that enjoys recruiting quality candidates and building long term relationships.

Pros

The reason I love being here is because of the resources and support I have behind me. I have been here for several years and am very happy with the life I have built around me. If you are new with zero recruiting experience expect there to be a learning curve and a lot of training. This is a sales position. In any sales org, you can expect you need to put in a ton of effort to see results. If you like emailing and not picking up the phone staffing may not be a fit for you. Building relationships and being yourself are key.

Cons

There aren't cons that I can think of. I put in what I get out. I don't whine or complain if my bank account isn't seeing what I want. It is on me to do it.

Recruiting is recruiting

Pros

Company invests a ton into developing it's tech and bringing in tech. A lot of training resources as well including ramp ups, refreshers, etc for new or struggling recruiters. Lead recruiter pay is great at 40% of all billing after your first $50k each quarter. If you work hard and are good at your job you make a lot of money. I don't empathize with anyone crying over earnings, this is sales, you knew what you were getting into. CyberCoders provides zero hindrances for you to make half a million annually

Cons

The base is low, the option for a slightly higher base after you move up the ranks or even taking out a small draw would be nice. The company does not have the best name in the industry because many bad recruiters have soiled it. Better training early on in terms of how to properly deal with clients would help protect brand name and allow recruiters to gain more business
