Pros

Team and work environments are great! Everyone is super helpful and wants you and the company to succeed. Competitive pay. Remote work accessibility. Worklife balance flexibility is great.

Cons

Benefits are behind the times - ie. unlimited PTO and better paternity/maternity leave would be appreciated by many, or even paid over time. It would also be nice to be able to update computers without having to reach out to IT to spend 2 hours of your work day just updating your computer.

Pros

Big company in federal contracting, gone through several M&A. This gives an advantage of working on different projects with different clients. Most of the contracts goes for years giving stability to the job. competitive salary & good benefits. Has very nice company culture. The annual gala party is lavish and lot of other small events that help with team building and bonding.

Cons

your experience with management depends on which client you are working with. In some cases, there is no management engagement except for the time sheet approval and year end reviews . Annual appraisals are just OK. Do not expect much growth opportunities. Management is happy as long the contract keeps extending.

Pros

Company seems to be growing. They acquired a smaller company I was working for right before I left

Cons

Company acquired a smaller ERPi in 2022. I was hired week of thanksgiving 2021. Managers are super type A personalities. A month of working at ERPi, managers scheduled a performance review. They told me it was informal and I didn't think much about it. The second month rolls around, within this month there is 4 holidays and I get sick with Covid19 and had to be out of work a few days including the weekend. Since teleworking is still in effect, I had to go back to work even when I was still feeling like crap and this was very evident. I get an email from of the managers telling me that they have set up a meeting with the director regarding my performance - this is just month 2. I dial in to the meeting and eventually I was given an ultimatum of a month to clean up my act or they would let me go. Meanwhile, during the interviews one of my questions was how much training do they give and how realistic is it. Once this second performance review meeting was over, I had had enough and handed in my resignation. I couldn't wait to be fired.
