      Pros

      Great team to work with. Great PMs and PDs to work for.

      Cons

      Too much to list. Equipment provided doesn't work that well. We should have an option between Mac and Windows. Benefits are not competitive at all. Employee engagement and culture is non-existent. They want to do ice cream socials to build moral. It goes beyond that. Also, the diversity in this company is mainly white males in power. Both corporate level and almost at the contract levels.

      Expects you to work 24/7 Only cares about revenue not the people or the mission supported Poor management (large company still trying to manage as a small one).

      Good place for a starting career into IT

      Cons

      Management is micromanagers Depending on the job you could be a single tech at a remote location, workloads will vary and the help you get will vary. Preach about team work makes the dream work but they dont practice what they preach. Pay increase are non existant Will tell you to suck it up if the workload is too much Managment will want you on site no matter what, and dont care if you had an emergancy. HR is not your friend
