Don't give salary on time

Base pay is absurd micro manage

George Wilson is an embarrassment, no sort of foresight when dealing with the potential spread of the virus in our office. He came to speak and essentially mocked our concerns. No sort of pay raise for people who have worked here for a long time, they just have to hope nepotism is in their favor and they can be promoted.

The only support you will receive will be from your customer site. Even pleas for assistance will be largely ignored. Most managers are working 55 hour weeks on direct charge tasks; they are given no time at all for management duties. I worked there three years and never even met my boss despite numerous promises.

ECS didn’t uphold extra PTO time offered in offer letter. Lack of communication. HR doesn’t respond if they don’t want to answer an employees question, but if it’s in favor of the company making money they will answer immediately. Strong nepotism culture.

There is a lot of work to do in my current project, however not so much a con -- just an opportunity to learn.

I wish the annual performance review process was more of a back-and-forth between employees and managers as it was rather subjective. My manager doesn't have the expertise I do, so they cannot accurately evaluate my performance. I also wish there was more paid time off and paid family leave. Paid family leave is currently at 10 days! Not enough!
