      Pros

      Benefits, training , pay and community involvement. I meet a lot of good people.

      Cons

      Favoritism, Some managers and supervisor's had poor leadership skills. To much drama. Human Recourses are supposed to be there for the employee, but they can't be bothered, they just there to get a pay check.

      Pros

      They take customer service and product quality very seriously. They treat their employees wonderfully and are very inclusive with decisions. They are a small large company and are more agile to make changes if the market or industry requires it.

      Cons

      They are cheap, cheap, cheap. They do not adequately support their teams with the financial backing or tools needed to accomplish what is necessary to take care of business.
