      Pros

      Exposure to all areas of the business from financial responsibility of products, development and testing of new products, regulatory and quality participation, operational planning, creativity in positioning, and development of sales materials. Ability to participate in strategic planning and tactical goal setting for product lines.

      Cons

      Strategic long-term plan for the company isn't easily understood or communicated by upper management. More focus on short term ROI than long term growth and strategy.

      Good cause. Being a part of the gift of donation...a link between giver and recipient.

      Cons

      Extremely poor and/or unclear(if any) communication from upper management all the way down. Very few(or no) opportunities for advacement. Poor standards for evaluations and handling employee relations. Not a good(or any in many cases)system for positive feedback for a job well done. Lack of overall integrity of upper management(which is very important in this industry).
