Horrible, depressing atmosphere. No positive motivation. No constructive criticism. ONLY knee-jerk reactions, and nobody's ideas matter unless they align perfectly with Kristi's.

I do not know where to start with this place. I am no longer employed at Everglades University but I still to this day have nightmares! No words can express the unethical and unprofessional behavior that takes place at this institution. It is a complete mess! please do not fall for the hype and fake positive reviews this place will make you appreciate every job you've ever had before and after! I wish someone could've warned me. Make sure you have your money saved because you will not be able to tolerate more than a few months , its absolutely ridiculous and I I pray I never have to encounter such unethical and unprofessional behavior again in my life they care nothing about employees and will yell at you in front of your peers and force you to do unethical things if you have morals run for your life!! I was lied on by a manager who told my coworkers to lie and say I do a bad job so she can build a case against me and I overheard people talking about it! Absolutely unbelievable!

Goodness, there just aren't any but there is a word count minimum.

Cons

Programs are not good, students leave ill prepared and it is VERY expensive for what it is. They are horrible to their employees, just like so many reviews have said and will lie, intimidate, and coerce if it suits their needs. I only wish I had listened instead of believing the bad-mouthing that they put out there about those people, saying it's just that they weren't willing to work or something. I turned down another offer to come here and cannot WAIT to leave.
