Nothing good but they pay a little more than average higher ed jobs

It's by far the worse Job I currently have! The reviews are false. Trust me they are all made up by upper management to hide the truth and to boost they horrible rating. Please don't ever apply here because your life will be impacted! Worse management from top to bottom!

There are no pros at all.

Cons

Don't accept any offer. If you do it, it's under your own risk. They are very unprofessional. A common staff meeting consist of yelling, threating. If you respect yourself don't go there. If you do ask why the turn over is that high.

Dear Former Employee. We have a very tenured and professional Boca Raton team, so this review is simply bogus and meant to be harmful to the University. Our leadership at the Boca Raton Campus is one of the best we have and I have never heard anyone raise their voice at this campus. Laughing yes, yelling no. All the best to you. Zero. Nothing there is no value to working at this education sink hole. I feel badly for anyone that is deceived by the con artisty of the school.

Cons

Management has absolutely NO clue. Favoritism runs rampited. This school is the negative armpit of what is wrong with for profit education. The owner and adms make 100k+ Students will be strapped with 150k worth of loans! Outrageous!!
