Pros

The only pro would be the students you get to work with and some of the staff.

Cons

Half the staff they hire (extremely high turnover rate) is incompetent and under qualified. The other half are just out for themselves. Don't care who they step over and screw over to get in the "good graces" of management. Place is built on lies. They lie to you when they hire you and don't tell you about the mandated overtime you have to do.

Pros

If you like to help people and be forced to work overtime weekly for a less than average pay then this is the place for you!

Cons

Mandatory overtime... non-supportive supervisory/shift staff... A place where, if you get injured on the job, you have to wait until the end of shift to be relieved. A non-caring employer in a health care field requiring caring staff. Sad... very sad.

A lot of hours to pick up 401k If you 1st apply here go for the sub position

Cons

- mandatory overtime 6 hours a week - they can mandate you to any unit of their choosing - you have to clock in every 30 mins for awake overnight (not fun) - some staff are cliquey and odd
