There are a lot of good people who work for the company

Cons

Regional and Corporate leadership are out of touch with what is going on. micro manage via constant video conferences and calls. The CEO has basically stayed in Utah for the last couple of years. The constant over managment would be tolerable if there was an understanding on what is really happening. Seem like the corporate wants to run things from their homes.

The WORST corporate management! They offer minimal support and guidance. When things get ugly with regulatory issues they of course, become critical of facility staff without looking at their terrible performance. Sneaky liars...
