Pros

The company culture is the best part of TapHunter! The employees become your friends and there are a lot of company outings. The work environment is very positive and friendly. Also, the upper management are very helpful in helping you achieve your career goals and mentoring you throughout your time at TapHunter.

Pros

Environment is awesome, free beer as well. Also, you'll learn how to use some neat software.

Cons

Taphunter is getting pummeled by its main competitor. hence commission was sub-par. Can't really move up in this company... I mean they'll make your title sound a little more spiffy, but thats about it.

Thank you for your comments. We pride ourselves on an awesome work environment and appreciate you acknowledging this. Regarding getting pummeled by competition, that's not actually 100% accurate. Yes, market conditions change and one of those is competition. Competition exists in most fields and it promotes growth and innovation. We are disappointed to hear you felt commissions were sub par. Commissions are actually not sub-par based on current account executive feedback. Additionally, we have an uncapped commission plan and have no plans on changing this. We wish you the best.

Pros

Young vibrant group of sales people! Great leadership, always providing FULL transparency! Amazingly skilled and intuitive development/research team! Passionate customer success team to assist our clients! Great facility, not only our office, but the location and resources of the building are fantastic! Out of office events like happy hour and team building outings are consistent! oh, there is beer on tap in our office!

Cons

Although they reimburse for parking meters, it can be difficult securing a spot on some days or having to run out to feed a meter every two hours. Monthly Company meetings are mandatory and held in office, but after regular hours. Allows for 2 hours of OT, but does take away from personal time
